We currently supply a range of solutions for maintenance - from looking after complete sites covering all computers, printers, network devices, PAT Testing, email and web hosting etc, right down to individual PCs and mobile devices like iPhones and iPads.
And “looking after” means everything from remote management (see our other page for more details) to routine maintenance to prevent problems before they start to cause you problems.
We can also supply equipment to meet your exact specification - with a minimal mark-up to cover our costs.
In terms of installation, we can offer LAN cabling and wifi installation and configuration, as well as Desktop and Laptop deployment, configuration and training.
Troubleshooting networks and mobile device connectivity is a speciality.
Whilst we are based in Kent, our personnel are often to be found helping customers in London and elsewhere in the South-East.
All of our services are available out of hours - evenings or weekends - to eliminate disruption to your business activities. The Heartbleed issue caused our people to work long hours patching our Client’s systems - all as part of the service.
