We specialise in remotely managing PCs and Macs and helping our supported users by resolving problems.
We do this quickly and without fuss, even out of hours for shift workers or travelling road warriors.
We use state-of-the-art LogMeIn Pro as used by most other professional organisations for safe and secure connection to the affected machine - enabling our personnel to help you get up and running again as quickly as possible. We use Cisco Meraki for remote device management including tasks such as app deployment, remote wipe, fault and status diagnosis.
For installations where remote management is not appropriate (e.g. some security-conscious establishments) we normally use Windows Problem Steps Recorder to allow our personnel to quickly and accurately assimilate the exact problem for speediest resolution.
